| Advantages of metal stairs are
siginificant. Metal is one of the most versatile
building materials there is. It can be cut,
formed and welded into a virtually unlimited
latitude of design, from the simplest of
functional service stairs to the most complex and
elaborate architectural curved, spiral and
flowing designs. The strength of metal stairs is
greater by a much larger ratio than that of other
stair building materials. Excel's
Pre-Fab Stair Systems are shop fabricated
under careful supervision using the most modern
equipment, technology has to offer. Extremely
tight tolerances (+/-0.005) are acheived using Industrial Laser's, High Speed Punching
machines and Hydraulic
CNC controlled forming equipment. This degree
of accuracy allows Excel Mfg to faithfully
reproduce an architect's design with true and
uniform lines. One of the most important
advantages of metal stair construction, is the
stability, rididity and accurate fit of the guard, safety and handrails.

Excel’s
Convector Covers, FanCoil cabinets and
Finned-Tube enclosures are custom-made for any
finnned-tube radiator baseboard or convector
heating system. Covers are free-standing or
continuous-run and can be manufactured for new
installations or to match existing ones. All of
Excel's Enclosures can be supplied with hinged
locking access doors, and additional custom
features as the job requires. Available
to ship in quantities from 1 to 1 hundred.
Deliveries exceeding 15 units may see small
delays in shipment based on available inventory.
Dimension changes to length,
height and depth are very common and do not
result in significant changes in pricing.
